Quality system

The approved brief becomes the inspection standard.

Quality is not a generic promise. For custom manufacturing, quality means the finished product matches the confirmed specification: material, fit, construction, branding, packaging and presentation.

Every product category has different risks. Boxing gloves need padding and closure control. Teamwear needs artwork accuracy and sizing consistency. Streetwear needs fabric hand-feel, trim detail and finishing. Leather goods need material character and durable construction.

01

Brief control

Product requirements are recorded before production: materials, dimensions, size range, colors, branding, packing and buyer notes.

02

Material review

Fabric, leather, padding, trims and hardware are checked against the intended use and the approved reference direction.

03

Sample approval

Construction, fit, decoration placement and finishing are reviewed before moving into bulk production.

04

Production checks

Workmanship, measurements, decoration quality, labeling and packing are checked against the approved specification.

05

Packing review

Hang tags, labels, polybags, cartons and buyer-facing presentation are aligned before shipment preparation.

06

Evidence handling

Compliance documents, certifications and partner claims are published only when verified and approved for display.
